Winter time can cause havoc with our skin. Freezing cold, wet days can leave your skin red and chapped, and central heating can dry your skin right out. A few simple steps can make a big difference and ensure your skin stays glowing all winter long.

Keep hydrated
A change of routine over the festive season - more alcohol and sugar, may have left your skin feeling dried out. Ensuring that you keep your body hydrated with lots of water and hot herbal teas will help to keep your skin in tip top condition.
You can also give your skin an extra hydration boost by misting one of our Face and Body Mists throughout the day. Keep one in your bag, and give yourself a spritz when you need it. The botanical waters and Aloe Vera will hydrate your skin, and they smell dreamy!
Turn the temperature down
It might feel cosy sitting in a warm house, but central heating leaves our skin feeling tight and dry. Keep the thermostat turned to between 18°C and 21°C to minimise the drying effect on your skin. Similarly, long hot showers or baths are appealing when it's cold out - but if the water is too hot it can dehydrate your skin

Add in some moisture
